Sheila Depestre, a seasoned professional with a 25-year career, has dedicated her expertise to supporting the objectives of local businesses. With a strong team spirit, she excels in transmitting information within the management support team at the Old Port of Montreal Corporation.

Driven by challenges, she obtained her certificate in public relations in 2001 while working full-time. At Marketel McCann-Erickson, she amassed 12 years of experience, first as a coordinator and later as an Executive Assistant.

Before joining COPTICOM, Sheila played a pivotal role in establishing and expanding Bel’s French subsidiary in Canada. Over seven years, she built strong connections with stakeholders at the French headquarters and across departments in France, Quebec, Canada, and the United States. Utilizing her bilingual skills, she effectively communicated with management, employees, and numerous suppliers, leading various projects related to facility and personnel management, as well as optimizing administrative and digital processes.

Over the years, Sheila has ascended through the ranks, now overseeing the management of the Montreal office in addition to her role as an Executive Assistant. Parallel to her career, she remains a devoted mother and grandmother, actively involved in her community and supporting inclusive causes, notably as a volunteer for the Mira Foundation.
