She then honed her public engagement skills at environmental organization One Change, where she managed a multidisciplinary team of communications specialists, mobilizing thousands of volunteers and citizens in over 30 communities across Ontario.

In 2011, she joined the founding team of the David Suzuki Foundation in Quebec, where she holds the position of Director, Communications and Engagement. In the years that followed, she and her team built a community of over 100,000 French-speaking supporters. In 2020, she took on the role of Interim Co-Director General, representing the organization in numerous Quebec and national coalitions. During her tenure, Manon has had the opportunity to lend her expertise to a number of climate mobilization events. She made history as part of the organizing team for the Climate March on September 21, 2019, which brought together nearly 500,000 citizens in the streets of Montreal. Since the start of her career, Manon has distinguished herself through her multidisciplinary approach to communications and mobilization, her collaborative and solutions-oriented approach, her ability to grasp and popularize complex issues, her capacity to inspire and influence, as well as her management and mentoring skills.
