Alain Leclerc

Strategist

Alain Leclerc has over 30 years of experience in government relations, strategic consulting, public relations, crisis management, communication, and event management in associative, governmental, and international environments. 


He began his career in communication at the City of Montreal and the Metropolitan Transportation Agency. A skilled strategist, he was recruited by the Official Opposition in the House of Commons. Subsequently, he continued his career in Quebec, working with ministers of Public Safety, the Metropolis, Industry and Commerce, and Education. 


After serving as Chief Press Officer at the Quebec Delegation in Paris from 2001 to 2004, he returned to Quebec and worked in the field of health and social services. He led the communication teams of the Association québécoise des établissements de santé et de services sociaux and the Fédération interprofessionnelle de la santé du Québec until 2019. Since 2019, he has been collaborating with the COPTICOM team while actively maintaining his interest in the cultural scene, particularly in dance, circus arts, visual arts, and literature. His proximity to the Jean-Talon market allows him to satisfy his appetite for shared cuisine.
